I turned to the Internet to do some more networking which resulted in a major turn of events as I met two individuals who have become instrumental partners in this project: Greg Huntington and Devin Riebe.Greg is a long time Fender collector who is very knowledgeable not only in the details, but in the circuitry as well.I got some very helpful advice from Frank and I will be ordering some wood from fatdaddypreacher soon (decided to do two identical bursts - matching father/son guitars).

The cream-colored board is laid out entirely differently (and better) than the green board. But the old ones sound darker, while the new ones are brighter, with more emphasis on treble tones.
